The former prison & Palazzo D’Avalos

The meeting point is Piazza D’Armi, next to the gate of Palazzo D’Avalos. The group will be guided by the tour leaders up to the entrance of the Rural estate or “Spianata”, making a stop at the Church of Santa Margherita, where it is possible to go to the toilets in case of need.

4°: Renaissance courtyard

5°:Palazzo d'Avalos ground floor, excepting the left sided second corridor cell, two cells in the middle and the right sided corridor cell

6°: upper floor, excepting the right sided cells

7°: entrance of the single prison cells building

8°: Returning from the aforementioned route, going out from the rural estate

9°: Going to the Former prison and first factory according to the signs
